LEASING

Looking to level up your riding? CM Training Stables has quality lease horses available now!

The perfect partners to learn, and shine with. Offering private offsite, and flexible full/half In barn lease options for all levels. With a European, family-style training approach, we focus on horsemanship, growth, and fun!
CM Training lease contracts can be as flexible as Month to Month or longer term depending on your needs. As a leaser you get to experience the bond that forms while practicing a partnership with one horse over a longer period of time, and have the opportunity to attend competitions as if they are your own.

CM Training Horses Lease Options

  • Partial Lease: $1,200/mo, includes two lessons a week.

  • Half Hack Lease $1,350/mo, includes two lessons + one hack ride per week.

  • Half Lease $1,600/mo, includes three lessons a week.

  • Full Lease $2,500/mo, includes three lessons, one hack ride and two professional schoolings a week.

  • Tack Room Space + $50/mo

  • Saddle Lease + $50/mo (if you do not have your own saddle, approved by CM, this will be added to the lease fee)

In Barn Private Horse Leases: $ dependent on horse

SHOW FEES

  • $100/day trainer fee.

PRIVATE HORSES

This section is for all privately owned horses.
We are a team of professional riders and we would love to welcome you and your horse to our barn.
We offer a few different kinds of training/care programs. If you have any questions, please contact us.

FULL Training $1100/mo, includes three lessons, one hack ride and two professional schoolings a week.

FULL TRAINING / CARE

  • $1,300/mo, includes three lessons, one hack ride and two professional schoolings a week.
    Turnout seven days a week, cleaning and filling of water buckets, and feeding.

  • $1,500/mo, includes three lessons, one hack ride and two professional schoolings a week.
    Turnout seven days a week, cleaning and filling of water buckets, feeding, plus treadmill.

FULL CARE

  • $300/mo, includes turnout seven days a week, cleaning and filling of water buckets and misc. horse care.

EXTRA SERVICES

  • $200/mo show horse conditioning, includes uphill treadmill and centurion blanket three times a week.

  • $50/mo blanket service, includes putting on blankets at night and taking them off in the morning.

  • $200/horse full clipping service, includes a full clipping of your horse/pony.
